At the Brit Awards Tuesday, an ecstatic Adele was abruptly cut off while making her acceptance speech for Album of the Year.

Just as the singer was gushing about how proud she was to be British, host James Corden interrupted and tried to move things along a little, uh, quicker.

Needless to say, Adele was not pleased, and held up a certain finger in reaction.

After the show, the songstress offered her apologies, saying, “I flipped the bird for the suits at The Brits who cut me off.”

“Sorry if I offended anyone but it was for them, not for the fans,” she added.

“Rihanna just can’t let go of her aggressive ex, Chris Brown,” begins a piece in Star, which goes on to say, “Almost three years to the day after he left her bruised and beaten, she invited him to hang out in her dressing room during a rehearsal for Feb. 12′s Grammy Awards.”

According to a so-called “insider” for the tab, “They spent over five hours together,” during which Rihanna said they “talked about everything under the sun.”
However it wasn’t just talking they were doing behind closed doors, says Star.

“Everyone is buzzing that they hooked up,” records the mag, adding, “When she came out, she had a coy smile and looked slightly disheveled.”

While the death of Whitney Houston justifiably overshadowed all other happenings at the Beverly Hills Hilton earlier this week, the tragedy didn’t blind onlookers there to every other individual at the hotel. Case in point:

Witnesses say Kim Kardashian was identified on a lunch date there with Reggie Bush.

Kardashian was in town to attend Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy Awards bash, while Bush was in town… to rekindle his romance with the reality star?

According to those on the scene, Kim and Reggie were all smiles, while posing for photos with fans and creating buzz of a potential reconciliation.

Why might Bush – a seemingly good, charity-driven, normal guy – like to get back together with the reality star?

Whitney Houston’s body is currently being flown home to New Jersey on Monday for a funeral at the conclusion of this week, reports the Associated Press.

The late singer’s family members have supposedly discussed the chance of a wake on Thursday, that must be followed by a Friday funeral at the Prudential Center arena in Newark, NJ

Neither plan has been verified; the AP is citing 2 people who spoke on condition of anonymity.

Sources reached out to a rep for Houston to verify the plans on her funeral.

Preparations are reportedly being taken care of by the city’s Whigham Funeral Home, that has declined comment.

Houston died on Saturday at the Beverly Hilton hotel.

Prescription drugs were present at the scene of Whitney Houston’s sad death, and it’s possible the star drowned inside the bathtub, based on reports.

No illegal drugs have been discovered in the hotel room where a member of the legendary singer’s entourage found Whitney Houston dead on Saturday.

When EMTs arrived, Whitney’s body had been removed from the bathtub.
It will require an autopsy to figure out if she overdosed, drowned or died from some other cause. The medical examination is scheduled to take place imminently.

Beverly Hills police officers found various pill bottles in Houston’s room at the Beverly Hills Hilton Hotel, where she died yesterday at the age of 48.
There is no evidence that Whitney was drinking alcohol inside the room.

Houston’s body was removed from the room on a gurney and brought to the morgue for an autopsy to determine the official medical cause of her death.

Paramedics conducted CPR on the singer when alerted to her unresponsiveness but it did not work. She was pronounced dead at 3:55 p.m.

Sources say there were no obvious signs of foul play, but a full investigation is ongoing. Whitney’s body was ID’ed by family and friends.

Lady Gaga has revealed that she was bulimic in high school.

The singer talked about her teenage struggle with the eating disorder while taking questions after a discussion with Maria Shriver at the “It’s Our Turn” young women’s conference in Los Angeles.

According to reports, a student addressed Gaga by saying, “I struggle with body issues, and I know you’re so confident in the way you dress. And I am wondering how you deal with such issues?”

Gaga responded: “I used to throw up all the time in high school. So I’m not that confident. And maybe it’s easier for me to talk about it now because I don’t do it anymore.”

She stopped due to the damage it was doing to her tone of voice.

“The acid on your vocal chords – it’s very bad,” explained the “Born This Way” superstar. “But for those of you who don’t sing, you maybe don’t have that excuse until it’s too late. It’s very dangerous.”

The pop star highlighted that pop cultural images don’t mirror reality.

“Every video I’m in, every magazine cover… they stretch you, they make you perfect,” Gaga told the crowd. “It’s not real life. I’m gonna say this about girls: The dieting wars have got to stop. Everyone just knock it off. Because at the end of the day, it’s affecting kids your age. And it’s making girls sick.”

Im for one im happy to see Gaga share such an intimate part of her past life. Im sure it touched many of the students there, and hopefully made a difference.

In an interview with Metro US, fashion mogul Karl Lagerfeld, the outspoken creative director for Chanel, discussed his brutally honest opinion of pop singer Adele and her figure.
“I prefer Adele and Florence Welch,” he told the newspaper. “But as a modern singer [Lana Del Rey] is not bad. The thing at the moment is Adele. She is a little too fat, but she has a beautiful face and a divine voice. Lana Del Rey is not bad at all. She looks very much like a modern-time singer. In her photos she actually is beautiful. Is she a construct with all her implants? She’s not alone with implants.”
Lagerfeld, 78, has received his share of controversy with regards to his declarations on the state of womenfolk, but will his comments concerning the much-beloved singer have a greater backlash than normal?

Katy Perry performed at a pre-Super Bowl concert on Saturday in Indianapolis, and also had a special message for 1 NFL star.

“This one goes out to Tim Tebow,” announced Perry, before singing “Peacock.”

Neil Patrick Harris, Shaquille O’Neal and other stars were in attendance for the DirecTV Super Saturday Night event, at which Perry performed several songs.

“Who else is excited for Madonna?” she asked the crowd, referring to Madge’s halftime show at Sunday’s game.

Earlier, Perry took part in the inaugural NFL Honors.

Not surprisingly, Perry did not mention Russell Brand throughout the evening.
